MONIKA JAKUBCZYK
Founder & CEO of Pilon PR
Monika Jakubczyk is the founder, CEO and the heart of Pilon PR. Over the last 19 years, Monika held leadership positions in Communications for various named automotive, transportation and technology companies based in Germany, France and the USA, including Valeo and Kiekert. She has a proven track record in building and strengthening Communications and Marketing units on-site in China, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Great Britain, Mexico and the USA. Monika is creative, quality driven and goes above and beyond for her customers, so they play a leading role in their industry.

Monika has extensive experience in developing proactive and dynamic strategic Communications to engage stakeholders and accelerate change. Based on her international experience and education, Monika is able to provide global solutions for her customers and their local needs. Monika makes sure that her customers always play a leading role in the perception of their target groups. She holds a Masters' Degree in German Studies & Communications from RWTH University in Aachen, Germany, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Growth Management from Steinbeis University in Berlin, Germany. Her studies abroad in International Business at the University of São Paulo, Brazil, and in Communications at King’s College London, England, complete Monika's extensive international background.

Monika was born in Poland and was raised in Germany. She is fluent in English, German and Polish. In 2019 Monika moved to the United States of America for business. Prior to establishing Pilon PR in 2022 Monika served as the primary spokesperson for a German automotive supplier and was responsible for the External Communications globally. She successfully built a Communications and Marketing function for the US entity on-site in the Detroit area. Monika is married and has two children.
